Most of our treks require a moderate level of fitness. You should be comfortable walking 5-7 hours daily on varied terrain. We recommend starting a fitness routine 2-3 months before your trek, focusing on cardio and leg strength.

Our prices include: experienced local guides and porters, all accommodations, meals during the trek, permits and entry fees, airport transfers, and emergency evacuation insurance. International flights and personal gear are not included.

All our guides are trained to recognize and respond to altitude sickness. We build acclimatization days into our itineraries, carry pulse oximeters, and have emergency evacuation protocols. Your safety is our top priority.
